On the EigenLayer website, select the ‘Operators’ option visible at the top of the screen.

Once on the Operators page, search for and select NodeOps as your operator.
Once you connect your wallet and start restaking to any of our registered AVSs, you’re eligible to earn NODE points.
All users who delegate to the NodeOps operator on EigenLayer can start accumulating NODE points from their very first day, starting with the one-time registration reward of 100 points.
Each delegated ETH token amounts to 10 points per day. The points are turned into rewards like so:

An Example for NodeOps Restake & Earn Program on EIgenLayer
Let’s take a look at an example to understand our Restake & Earn program better:
Once you register on the NodeOps Console with your email for the Restake & Earn program, you get a one-time registration reward of 100 points. If you delegate 10 ETH for 90 days, each day would help you accumulate 100 points, amounting to 9,000 points overall.
Further, if you have 3 referral members, you’ll gain a one time reward of 50 points for onboarding each, and earn 1 point per day for each ETH they restake.

Once you register on the NodeOps Console with your email, you get a one time registration reward of 100 XPs. Further, for each ETH you restake, you earn 10 XPs per day. As a referrer, you earn 50 XPs at once, and the referer reward per ETH every day is 1 XP.
